Daily gratitude

I am grateful for my life.  I am grteful for each breath of air as I breathe into my life this wonderful energy of love and light.  I allow myself to relax and feel the subtelty of my bodywith every breath.  I am grateful to be a holistic coach, and a holistic counselor.  I allow myself to feel happy joyfull, peacefull, and excited about life.  I am grateful for all of the wonderful people in my life who reflect back to me the life and love that I feel.  I am grateful to offer my energy to help other people, to uplift other people, to give my creative gift and talents.

 

I am grateful for the teachings of eckhart tolle, for spiritual growth, and for spiritual counseling.  I am grateful for the air, for the trees for the earth, the rivers, the ocean, the lakes, the streams, all o fthe little creatures who live on this beautiful planet.  I am grateful to sleep outdoors, to go camping, to live a free life, to be unburdended by stress and anxiety.  I am grateful to be learning what works and what does not work with every breath, with every moment.

 

I set the intention to remain centered, to remain in a peaceful state, to follow my heart, to always ask myself, “how do I want to experience this moment here and now?  How do I want to breath?  How do I choose to see life and the experiences of life.

 

I am grateful to have healed from ulcerative colitis, and to understand how natural healing works.  I am grateful to be a holistic counselor and offer holistic therapy to people.  I am grateful fo my mother, my family, and all of the delicious food that I get to eat on a daily basis.  I am excited to have my own family , create from love and surrender, to find a partner who understand and is connected at this deeper level, to meet me and be with me in a peaceful state, to let go and surrender into the greater good of life with me.  I can feel myself growing in confidence, in courage, in excitement, in connection to my heart and to the heart of God.  I am grateful to feel the peace within every breath.

 

I am grateful for self healing, for relaxation and for stretching, exercising, and being in peace.  I am grateful for laughter, dancing, singing, and being joyful.  I am grateful to share my joy with other people, to be a loving presence on the planet, and to fill my days with exciting and wonderful experiences.  I am grateful to offer counseling services to other people, to offer spiritual counseling, to offer self healing techniques, and to show people how i healed from ulcerative colitis.

I am grateful to be alive and to be present in this moment.  I invite more of myselfinto this life, feeling my heart more fully, feeling my intuition more fully, following my heart, allowing my mind, emotions, and body to become purified and whole.  To feel my connection with all people, animals, plants, and the earth itself  getting exerie, eating healthy, taking good care of myself everyday.  Letting myself have fun and be free.  Feeling into the kind of life that I am creating.  How Can I be of service in tis world.  Always coming back to my breath and to the present moment holistic health and holistic healing
