Acknowledging things you are grateful for each day is a wonderful way to increase your awareness of the things in your life that you love. Here is my daily gratitude.
I am grateful for the beautiful sky, for all the clouds, the trees, plants, grass, dogs playing in the park. I am grateful for happy people who smile and say hello. I am grateful for sharing what I have with others, for giving my energy for the service of others I am happy to be a holistic therapist, offering holistic therapy and spiritual counseling. I am grateful for breathing, for taking deep breaths, for being able to sing songs, to try new things, to expand and grow, to converse and connect with new people. I am grateful for all of the new experiences and new places that I’ve visited lately. I am grateful for the teachings of eckhart tolle, for spirituality and counseling. I am grateful for trauma therapy, and grief counseling, and passing on the healing to others.
I am thankful to be healthy and happy, to have free will, and to be able to choose how to spend my time. I am grateful for clean water and healthy food, with all of the delicious options of things to eat and drink. I am grateful for running, dancing, and jumping, playing and having fun. I love dancing so much, and am excited to dance again, maybe tomorrow night. I am grateful to have healed from ulcerative colitis, and to be a holistic counselor. I am grateful to teach what I know and help others detox and heal from mental, emotionla, and physical disease. I am grateful for slowing down and savoring each moment. I am grateful for beautiful friends and wonderful smooth connections with others. I a grateful to feel my connection to all of life around me, to dissolve all thoughts of separation, to dissolve all feelings of separation, and to let go of all behaviors that reinforce separation. I am apart of all things, I am a unique expression of God, and I offer my services to help others heal. I am grateful to know what I know, and to be who I am.
I am grateful for new experiences and new adventures. I am grateful for counseling, and for online therapy. I am grateful to be going to yellowstone, to meet new people, to have new fun things happen.
I am grateful for natural healing, for holistic healing, and for reaching out to others to bea vessel for healing energy. i align myself with the highest version of myself.
