I am grateful for this moment, for this breath, for relaxing my body and breathing slowly. I am graetful for the stars and the clouds, for the moon and the magic and the mystery. I am grateful for groundedness, for confidence, for standing tall and smiling. I am grateful for new opportunities, for staying alert and present, for honoring my higher self, for staying responsible, for my holistic health. I ma grateful for being a holistic counselor, for being a spiritual counselor, for helping others. I am so grateful to be able to offer my energy of kindness, love, compassion, and healing to others. I am grateful to be a holistic therapist, to know how to use my energy responsible. I am grateful for the ocean, for the sun, for the earth, for the animals, for dolphins, for swimming, for running, for dancing. i am so happy to be able to sing, and feel love, and to share my love with others. I am grateful to be a vessel of love and light, and to offer myserf in service for the upliftment of others.
I am so happy to have learned abou tthe spiritual teachings of eckhart tolle, for spirituality and counseling, and for all of the blesings that have been bestowed upon me. I am grateful to be working, to have a steady flow of income each month, and to be learning so much every day. I am grateful for new friends, new experiences, and for putting my roots down and knowning how I want to experience each moment. I am grateful for relaxing, for slowing down and breathing, for volunteering, for yoga, for dance.
