Writing a daily list of gratitude is a wonderful way to focus on everything that you are grateful for in your life. Here is mine for today!
Today I am very happy to be alive and breathing. I am happy to slow down, to take deep, slow, natural breaths, feeling the air flowing in and out of my lungs with every breath. I am so grateful to be alive and happy, to be healthy and filled with peaceful joyful energy. I am grateful to be involved in many projects that fills my heart up with joy. I am grateful to meditate and for the process of moment by moment meditation. I am grateful to offer holistic counseling to others, to be a holistic counselor, offering my compassionate energy, my kind energy, my loving energy. I am grateful to be taking greater and greater responsibility for every aspect of my experience. I am grateful to be learning how to live in greater harmony and balance. I am grateful for every time that I honor myself and what I know is right for my highest good. I am grateful to bring acceptance and love to myself when I do not always honor my highest good. I am grateful to feel the blessings of this life, to have wonderful people around me, to have uplifting tasks to do each day. I am grateful for all of the amazing animals on this earth, all of the wonderous species of bugs, insects, furry creatures, big and small, sea creatures, birds, lions, elephants, puppies, cats, tiny ittens, beautiful flowers, particularly gardenias. I am so grateful to share this love and these gifts with others. I am so grateful to be living in balance.
I am grateful for the teachings of Eckhart Tolle, for all of the practices that have transformed my life. Bringing acceptance to each moment, focusing on the breath, relaxing the body, standing up straight. Practicing non-reaction, non-resistance, and non-judgment. Practicing viewing all of life through the lense of unconditional love and acceptance. I am grateful for healing ulcerative colitis, for spirituality and counseling. I am grateful for all that I learn through doing holistic counseling. I am grateful for all of the new energies that I feel when I make a new decision, when I choose to stay instillneess and return to the present moment, rather than get lost in the future or past. I choose this moment, I choose love, I choose freedom, I choose peace.
I am grateful for healing depression naturally, for healing anxiety naturally, and for living in a peaceful state. I am grateful to be continuing to cultivate these deeper states of peace and acceptance. Whenever a negative thoughts surfaces, to return my attention to the present moment, to feel my inner field of energy, and to live in peace.
I am grateful to see myself living in the light, cleansing and healing my body at a deeper level. I see myself offering my holistic counseling services to others with love, grace, and compassion. I see myself letting go of attachment, letting go of the need to control, and learning to live more fully in the present moment. I am grateful for spiritual counseling, for spirituality and counseling. I am learning to live in the Heart more and more each day, finding ways that I can give from my Heart, give from my soul, give with the light of the Universe. I allow the love of God to flow into everything that I do, to fill my Heart with unconditional love for all of life.
