Daily Gratitude For Peace

Offering a daily gratitude for all of the things you are thankful for is a great way to increase your awareness of the positivity and love in your life.  Where you attention goes, your energy flows!

I am grateful for little cute animals, for puppies and kittens, and baby sheep, and small bunny rabbits.  I am grateful for cute goats and and fuzzy little chickens, and little hampsters.  I am grateful for dancing and moving my body with effortlessness and grace.  I am grateful to be able to move freely and have use of all of my body parts.  I am grateful to be alive and to have the opportunity to express this loveing energy through this lifetime.  I am grateful to talk and spend time with other people, enjoying the exchange of energy and all of the wonderful interactions.  I am grateful to offer holistic counseling and spiritual counseling to people who desire to understand themselves more fully and who want to heal.  I am grateful for deep breathing, for releasing tension from my body, and for coming back to the present moment.  I am grateful to know about how energy flows and to make responsible decisions about how to use my energy in a way that uplifts, inspires, and brings more love into this world.


I am grateful for spirituality and counseling, for Eckhart Tolle, and his teachings.  I am grateful for all of the wisdom, techniques, and knowledge that is being shared at this time for the benefit of all people.  I am grateul to feel my heart, to feel love, kindness, acceptance, and grace in my heart for all people.  I feel blessed, awake, alive, and happy to be here in this moment.  I am gratefu to be learning more and more about myself in every moment.  I am grateful to have greater clarity about the direction that my energy is flowing, and to continue allowing it to flow towards that which I am most excited about.  I am excited to continue fasting and detoxifying, to continue practicing breathing techniques and healing processes for greater clarity and mental focus.  I am grateful for holistic health, for natural healing, for holistic therapists, and for all of the wonderful tools for self growth and expansion.


I am grateful to be here now, in this momnet, to feel th air on my skin, to feel the blood in my veins, the energy in my body.  I am grateful to live in a surrendered place, allowing my heart to guide me.  Always listening to my heart, knowing that I can heal from any illness, and create my life in the way that makes my heart happy.  I love to live a simple life, and I love to hsare this joy with those around me.  I love to create delicious meals, to make art, to dance and play with other beings of light and love.  I imagine connecting with beings and playing more, having more fun and more joy together.  I am grateful for online counseling and phone counseling.  I am grateful for meditation and counseling, for healing from ulcerative colitis, and for holistic healing and natural healing



I am grateful for new opportunities, for new perspectives on life, and for letting go and relaxing.  I love the feeling of newness, of a new way of being, a new way of looking at life, a new way of problem solving, a new awareness of possibility and opportunity, a new opening to the possibility of what can be, and listening to my heart, knowing that by following my heart I will be guided in the right direction.  I am grateful to be alive and to be happy and free.  :)


Recently thinking about facilitating a dance, leading guided meditations and visualizations.  Recently thinking about working in a detox center and helping facilitate detoxifications.  Recently thinking about living with my wonderful partner in a quaint and vibrant community, working at the healing center and making art, making dance, recording and sharing my music, being a part of sound circles and healing movement groups.  Thinking about continuing to practice sound healing techniques and breathing techniques.  Much love holistic counseling
