What I am Thankful For Today

Every day we have the opportunity to recreate ourselves according to our hearts desire.  By cultivating a practice of refocusing your attention on the things you love, you help to bring these things more fully into your life.  Here is what I love


I love the mountains, the snow, the fresh air, the rivers, lakes, oceans, and the country.  I love being outside and running around, exploring and hiking.  I love having new adventures and healing myself and my connection to the earth with every breath.  I love being alive and feeling the energy of life flowing through me.  I love offering holistic counseling and helping others to discover the tools of greater self awareness.

I love listening to beautiful music, to playing beautiful music and for singing and dancing.  I love to speak what is on my mind and in my heart, and to relax my body and take deep full breaths.  I am greatful for eckhart tolle and for spirituality and counseling.  I am grateful to be offering meditation and guided visualizations.  I am grateful for cute puppies and kittens, and for all of the beautiful flowers and roses, and all of the plants that provide beauty and ozygen.  i am grateful for healing trauma, I love the ocean, and swimming, and floating on my back while staring up into the sky and at the clouds.  I love making art, using beautiful colors, turquoise, lavender, pink, brown, blues, and greens to pain vivid and inspiring images.  I love to move my body, to breath and move together, to feel the life energy moving within me.  I love offering holistic therapy to others and spiritual counseling.  I love offering my energy to others to help them know themselves more fully.  I see myself becoming more alive and awake, meditating, and allowing more of myself to flow through my body and my life.  I allow myself to be seen, to show up, to express myself freely without embarassement or shame.  I give myself full permission to be alive and in love with all of life.  I give myself full permission to live a structured, organized, playful, spiritual, joyful, passionate, healing life.  I am grateful for counseling, for healing, for healing from ulcerative colitis, for helping others heal.  I am grateful for spirituality and counseling, and for eckhart tolle.  I am grateful for mindful awareness techniques, for the law of attraction, and for self awareness.

I am grateful to be a holistic counselor and to spend my time with others, feeling love and acceptance for them, for myself, and for the experience of life.  I am grateful to be alive, to be in love, and to be able to share my love with all whom come into my life.  I am grateul to be a holistic therapist. natural healing, self healing, natural treatments for depression, natural treatments for anxiety.
