Writing out what we are happy and grateful for is a wonderful way to increase our awareness of the good things in life. Here is what I am happy for today
I am grateful for my breath. I am happy to be able to take deep, slow, natural breaths, feeling the air in and out of my lungs, flowing freely, flowing effortlessly, feeling life energy filling my body and every cell in my body. I feel grateful to have such wonderful and uplifting people in my life, to feel the kindness, gratitude and joy in others. I am grateful to offer my energy for the experience of other people, to bring joy to others, to help situations flow more fluidly. I find joy in the puppies Mahina and Kayla, so grateful to be able to walk with them everyday, to walk around the beautiful land of Maui with these beautiful puppies.
So grateful to have love in my heart, to feel peace in my being, and to know that things comea nd go, and there is a higher divine intelligence to the flow. I am grateful to know that all beings are filled with love, and that all beings are made of the same consciousness. i am grateful to offer holistic counseling and to be a holistic counselor. It fills my heart with such joy to help others, to offer my loving energy for the healing of others. It fills me with such joy to be a beacon of love and light into this world, to offer peaceful interactions, to offer kind and uplifting words to others, to be playful, silly, and have fun in this world with the people around me. I am grateful to be alive and here, having these amazing new experiences. i am grateful for wonderful new opportunities, for new friends, and for newness all around. I am grateful to offer spiritual counseling and for the teachings of eckhart tolle. I am grateful to understand how the ego works, and to understand how to heal emotional trauma. I am grateful to feel alive and awake, and to know that I am always free no matter what. I have the ability to control myo own being, my own thoughts, my own emotions, my own behaviors.
I am grateful to be well, to be healthy, to be ahppy, to have positivity in my heart, to be confident, to be walking tall, offering my energy. I am grateful for focus, for tuning into a higher intelligence, to allowing the universe to work through me. I am grateful for relaxing my body, breathing, and deeply feeling the flow of life through and within me. I am grateful to have healed from ulcerative colitis, and to know about spirituality and counseling, counseling and spirituality, and to be a helper in this world. I am grateful to I am grateful for giggles, and for being playful and joyful with dogs and puppies. I am grateful to be breathing, to be spreading the joy, to feel abundant, to feel alive and awake. I am happy to offer holistic therapy, and to be a holistic therapist. I am happy to live and let live, to make new friends, and to be relaxed, open and loving in every moment. I am so happy to paint, to dance, and to sing. I am so happy to be moving in the direction of my dreams, to be moving towards what I want to create in my life. So grateful for energy healing.
