Happy For This Day

Every day we have a new opportunity to recreate ourselves in the image that our Heart desires.  By focusing on what we are grateful for we allow ourselves the opportunity to bring these experiences more fully into our awareness.  Here is what I am grateful for today

I am grateful for this breath, for this body, for this healthy vitality that I feel.  I am grateful for taking deep breaths, for feeling alive and present, for feeling optimistic and hopeful about the future.  I am grateful for new opportunity, for taking risks and adventures.  I am grateful to be on the planet, to be feeling into every new moment.  I am grateful for relaxation, for moving slow and deliberate.  I am grateful to be letting go more and more every dfay, to feeling my Heart, to living more fully from the Heart.  I am grateful to be a holistic counselor, to offer holistic counseling to folks who need support, who are in the process of integration and transition.  I am grateful to be alive, to be present and to be accepting of whatever is.  I am grateful to breath the wonderful smells of flowers, of roses, of gardenias, of lavender, of jasmine.  I am grateful to be working down the road at the farm, feeling my connection with the earth, feeling my connection with the land of Hawaii.  I am grateful for nourishing food, for delicious food that allows my body to have energy, to be healthy.  I am grateful for all the medicinal herbs that bring exceptional health, that allow us to be healthy and alive.  I am grateful for painting, and for sharing inspiration through images, through color, through composition.

I am grateful for the teachings of Eckhart Tolle, for spirituality and counseling, and for the crossover between the physical world and the world of energy.  I am grateful to see clearly and to have a higher perspective on life.  I am grateful to be in a state of acceptance, relaxing and letting go more fully everyday.  I am grateful to be at peace with what is.  I am grateful for healing ulcerative colitis, for healing depression naturally, for healing emotional trauma.  I am so happy to understand how the process of healing works, to see that it is a process that can be engaged in consciously, with guidance and support from others.  I am grateful to be alive, to be breathing, to be giving and receiving all that I can to offer the gift of love to others.  I am grateful for meditation, for feeling the breath, for smiling, for dancing, for laughing and playing.  I am grateful to know how to remain in balance, to stay balanced, happy, soulful, sweet, gentle, strong, courageous, balanced, filled with light and joy.  I am grateful to all of the wonderful light beings who have shared their journey with me.  I am grateful to all of the clients who I ahve helped and who I have learned so much from.  I am grateful to be a holistic counselor offering holistic counseling.  I am grateful to the birds, the trees, the mountains and the sky.

I am grateful to feel into the vision of my Heart.  I see myself living close to the land with my family and friends.  I am sharing and receiving love and abundance with all.  I am alive, happy, joyful, and creative.  I have abundant financial and physical resources to share this love with others.  I am building a family, expressing myself with courage, love, and light.  I am living off of the grid, but close to people.  We are offering healing sessions for people to come detoxify and heal.  I see us sharing, dancing, laughing, working, being joyful, happy, and alive.  I see us engaged and present in the dance of life.  We are bathed in abundance, feeling our needs met in every way possible.  The sun is shinning, we are healthy, vibrant, clear and peaceful.  I am grateful to be a holistic counselor and a spiritual counselor.  Thank you, thank you, thank you
