Writing daily lists of gratitude can help to dissolve old patterns of negativity and increase positivity and happiness. Here is what I am grateful for today...
I am grateful for sweet and kind people who like to help other people and like to smile and say hi when they pass them by in the street. I am grateful for small animals, particularly baby kittens, puppies, little cute sheep, lambs, goats, baby deer, baby calf, andlittle piggies. They are so cute and loveable. I am grateful to be a holistic counselor and offer holistic counseling. I am grateful to be alive and breathing deep full breaths of air. I am grateful to be here now, to be well and happy, to be using my mind and my heart in a balanced way. I am grateful for spirituality and counseling. i am grateful to be able to talk with people and to share my energy, my compassion, kindness, love, and inspiration with others. I am excited to be growing and healing in every day, dissolving patterns of resistance, and to be moving more fully into who I am. I am grateful to be giving my energy for others. I am grateful for new friends, and for new experiences and opportunities. I am grateful to be alive and to be able to paint, to be able to sing, to be able to dance, to be able to flow, to be able to love, to be able to relax, to be able to give and shine, and laugh and ride, and move and be, and let go and trust, to not be caught in old patterns, to be creating new healthy outlooks on lig=fe, to be moving in a direction that feels so good.
I am grateful for the teachings of Eckhart Tolle, and for all of the spiritual wisdom that has been passed down from all of the great masters. I am grateful for self healing, for healing ulcerative colitis, for being able to be of service to others. I see myself now, moving into a more responsible and fully activated role as a helper, healer, and teacher. I am feeling my love and compassion grow, feeling my understanding of energy, my understanding of how life and the universe supports all of life. I am ready to movemore fully into who I am, letting go of the ego, letting go more fully of the past, letting go more fully of fear and restriction. I am free from history, I am free from who I thought I was, from the limits of culture and society and family. I am free to be me. I am free to be a spiritual counselor, to be a holistic therapist. I am grateful so grateful, so grateful....
I am grateful to know how to heal emotional trauma through allowing repressed emotion to surface, to allow love to come to the surface, to allow the body to relax, to do deep breathing exercises, to feel the energy moving up and down the body, clearing stagnant energy. I am grateful to know how to heal depression by using positive intention, by becoming aware of the ego, by letting go of the thinking mind, by coming back into the body, coming back to the heart, feeling the flow of energy from within.
