Writing out what we are grateful for each day is a wonderful way to increase the positivity in our lives, reinforcing our attention on the things that we love and that feel good. here are mine for today.
I am grateful for taking deep full natural breathes, for relaxing and allowing. I am grateful for all of the beautiful people in the world with big hearts and big smiles. I am grateful for holistic therapistI am grateful for dancing and playing and feeling happy and go lucky. I am grateful to be alive and to be writing what I am grateful for. I am grateful for painting and all of the beautiful colors that go into a painting, and the magic thatit creates. I am grateful for turquoise, blues, greens, reds, oranges, yellow, pinks, pastels, browns, and all the shades of grey that can be so beautiful in a painting.
I am grateful to understand what I do about energy and to see it playing out. I am grateful to be learning how to take care of myself and to honor what my heart is asking for. I am grateful for prayer and meditation, for free will, for being able to view any situation in life the way that I choose to view it. I am grateful for standing up straight, for running and jogging, for swimming in the beautiful blue ocean, for being a holistic counselor, for being a holistic therapist. I am grateful for playing with animals and people alike. I am grateful for being able to move my body freely, for singing, for laughing and for loving all of the people on the planet. I am grateful for the ego and what it teaches me everyday. I am grateful for humility and getting back on path. I am grateful for being able to speak what feels right in my heart.
I am grateful for the teachings of Eckhart tolle and for spiritual counseling. I am grateful to take deep full natural breaths, to feel the energy in my body as I allow myself to relax and let go. I allow myself to feel the love within, to feel the light within my heart, to breath, relax, and to release all judgement, all resistance, all beliefs that are not in alignment with God. I want to know God fully in every moment. I want to know the Truth in every moment. I want to know how to be on this earth, in this world, and bring an unconditional love into everything that I do. I am grateful to be a holistic counselor and to offer spirituality and counseling to people. I am grateful for healing ulcerative colitis. I am grateful for all of the beautiful souls who have shared their energy on this path. i am grateful for aloneness, I am grateful for togetherness. I am grateful for trusting, for faith, for being in peace, and being in joy. I am grateful for all of the energy that moves through me. I am grateful to be structured and have wisdom to structure my life accordingly. I am grateful for healing emotional trauma, healing depression, and healing anxiety. I am grateful to offer the tools ans techniques to other folks who desire to understand themselves more fully and be more alive.
