Writing out what we are grateful for is a wonderful way to increase the positive and joyful experiences in our life. Here is what I am grateful for today
I am grateful for sauerkraut, it always hits the spot and tastes so healthy and nourishing. I am also grateful for kombucha. Fermented foods in general are so awesome, and always make me feel so good! I am grateful for this amazing island that I live on and all of the magical and amazing people that live here. I am grateful for deep breathing, and for feeling the life energy in my body, flowing in and out of my lungs. I am grateful for juice cleansing, for juice fasting, and for eating little food. I am grateful to be a holistic counselor and to offer holistic counseling for those who need support and guidance to make their life an amazing experience.
I am grateful for feeling healthy and happy, for increased vitality, for a sense of wellbeing and happiness. I am grateful for the puppies Mahina and Keyla. I am grateful for my mother, sister, and family. I am grateful for all of the beautiful friends that I feel connected to. I am so happy to be balancing my masculine and feminine energy, knowing when to be passive and when to be active. I know that the time for action is when I feel the inspiration to move. I know the time for stillness is when i feel inspired to be calm and peaceful. I know that any time I feel anxious, depressed, upset, angry, or negativity, it is a time to feel into whether to take action or return to stillness.
I am grateful for eckhart tolle and for spiritual counseling. I am grateful for building and creating things with my imagination and hands. I am grateful for earthen building, for building a cob house, to use the earth, straw, and sand to make a house with reclaimed windows, a beautiful wooden door, and big beautiful reclaimed glass pieces in the wall. I am grateful for building a cozy house to live in to raise a family in, and to feel protected from the elements in. I see myself making a beautiful and artistic home from earthen materials, feeling excited, inspired, happy, joyful, and to be working creatively with other people. I see myself with my partner and our two children, building a wonderful and amazing life together, living off the land, growing healthy and strong through our hard work. I see myself offering counseling, and feel so grateful for spirituality and counseling, and how they go together so well. I am gratful for healing ulcerative colitis. I am grateful for knowing how to nourish myself in the best possible way. I am grateful for happy thoughts, for positivity, for being at ease with life and myself. I am grateful for living and loving as I do. I am grateful for healing emotional trauma, healing depression naturally, and healing anxiety naturally. I am grateful to be alive and to see everyday as a new experience filled with new possibilities.
