Writing out what we are grateful for is a wonderful way to increase the positive and joyful experiences in our life.  Here is what I am grateful for today

I am grateful for sauerkraut, it always hits the spot and tastes so healthy and nourishing.  I am also grateful for kombucha.  Fermented foods in general are so awesome, and always make me feel so good!  I am grateful for this amazing island that I live on and all of the magical and amazing people that live here.  I am grateful for deep breathing, and for feeling the life energy in my body, flowing in and out of my lungs.  I am grateful for juice cleansing, for juice fasting, and for eating little food.  I am grateful to be a holistic counselor and to offer holistic counseling for those who need support and guidance to make their life an amazing experience.

I am grateful for feeling healthy and happy, for increased vitality, for a sense of wellbeing and happiness.  I am grateful for the puppies Mahina and Keyla.  I am grateful for my mother, sister, and family.  I am grateful for all of the beautiful friends that I feel connected to.  I am so happy to be balancing my masculine and feminine energy, knowing when to be passive and when to be active.  I know that the time for action is when I feel the inspiration to move.  I know the time for stillness is when i feel inspired to be calm and peaceful.  I know that any time I feel anxious, depressed, upset, angry, or negativity, it is a time to feel into whether to take action or return to stillness.

I am grateful for eckhart tolle and for spiritual counseling.  I am grateful for building and creating things with my imagination and hands.  I am grateful for earthen building, for building a cob house, to use the earth, straw, and sand to make a house with reclaimed windows, a beautiful wooden door, and big beautiful reclaimed glass pieces in the wall.  I am grateful for building a cozy house to live in to raise a family in, and to feel protected from the elements in.  I see myself making a beautiful and artistic home from earthen materials, feeling excited, inspired, happy, joyful, and to be working creatively with other people.  I see myself with my partner and our two children, building a wonderful and amazing life together, living off the land, growing healthy and strong through our hard work.  I see myself offering counseling, and feel so grateful for spirituality and counseling, and how they go together so well.  I am gratful for healing ulcerative colitis.  I am grateful for knowing how to nourish myself in the best possible way.  I am grateful for happy thoughts, for positivity, for being at ease with life and myself.  I am grateful for living and loving as I do.  I am grateful for healing emotional trauma, healing depression naturally, and healing anxiety naturally.  I am grateful to be alive and to see everyday as a new experience filled with new possibilities.
