Writing a daily gratitude is a wonderful way to increase the positivity and love in your life.  I learned this through my own process of healing from a disease that I was told was incurable.  I have healed my mind, emotions, and body with these practices, and now offer holistic counseling to help others

I am grateful for mylife.  I am grateful for joy, peace, and hapiness.  I am grapeful to be alive and to be able to share my loving energy with those around me. I am grateful for new experiences, for slowing down and for breathing deeply.  I am excited about life, I am excited to create beautiful works of art, to be able to share in new experiences with people, to feel the flow of life within myself and between other people.  I allow myself to live fully and in a relaxed and surrendered place.  I am grateful for the teachings of Eckhart Tolle.  I am grateful for helping others through writing, counseling, spiritual counseling, and holistic counseling.  I am grateful to remember to come back to the present moment.  I am grateful for the beautiful blue sky, for the beautiful clouds, sun, and rain.

I am so happy to be able to swim in the clean and purifying ocean, to get fresh air and exercise each day.  I am grateful to be alive and full of life.  I am grateful to be a healing presence for others through holistic therapy, as a holistic counselor.  I am grateful for my own experience of healing from ulcerative colitis.  I am grateful for my increased energy levels, for myclarity and peace of mind.  I am grateful for stillness, for peace within, and to have people in my life whom I love and feel gratitude for.

I am grateful to be alive, to take deep slow natural breaths.  I can see myself moving fluidly through the world, offering healing energy to everyone whom I encounter.  I remember my true nature as presence, as divine grace, as a vehicle for love and light.  I give myself full permission to be myself, to love myself, and to honor all of life.  I focus my attention and my heart on positive and loving thoughts, feelings, and actions.  I am here as a holistic counselor to guide others through their process of self healing, of natural healing, and deepening self awareness.  I am grateful to heal emotional trauma

I release attachment to the past, breathing in this present moment and all of the possibilities of love in this moment.  I allow for uncertainty, for grace, for beauty, and for joy to enter my life more fully.  I see myself making beautiful works of art to inspire others  I see myself leading a dance to inspire others.  I see myself working and living in harmony, sharing my love and light with others.  I see myself as a beacon for hope and brightness into the world.  I give myself full permission to offer holistic counseling to others, spirituality and counseling to others.  meditation, visualization
