by creating a daily practice of focusing our attention on what we are grateful for, we can begin allowing more of what we love into our lives. It's a magical process and can be done throughout the day. i generally spend about 20 minutes writing my daily gratitude, allowing myself to really feel what it is I am grateful for as I write them out.
I am grateful for my breath. I am grateful for my body. I am grateful for my health and vitality. I am grateful that I am able to offer holistic counseling to those who wish to self heal.
