by creating a daily practice of focusing our attention on what we are grateful for, we can begin allowing more of what we love into our lives.  It's a magical process and can be done throughout the day.  i generally spend about 20 minutes writing my daily gratitude, allowing myself to really feel what it is I am grateful for as I write them out.  

I am grateful for my breath.  I am grateful for my body.  I am grateful for my health and vitality.  I am grateful that I am able to offer holistic counseling to those who wish to self heal.  I am grateful for all the wonderful people around me who I love.  I am grateful for the human experience.  I am grateful to be a holistic counselors and able to offer my services of helping people who are suffering.  I am grateful for my life experiences.  I am grateful for the earth, the sun, all beings of life and love, for animals, for trees, for plants and flowers, for holistic health, I am grateful for the teachings of Eckhart Tolle, for meditation, visualizations, and other healing practices.

I am grateful for my family, I am grateful for my wonderful friends, I am grateful for all of the beautiful beings of love with whom I interact with on a daily basis.  I am grateful for laughter and silliness, I am grateful for intimate connections and intimate moments.  I am grateful for energy healing, for all the healing energy that flows through my body and out into the world.  I am grateful for dancing, for community, for peace and happiness, I am grateful for being able to offer counseling services to others.  I am grateful to help others through natural healing, I am grateful for being a channel of energy, I am grateful for being present in every moment.  I am grateful to be in unconditional love with all of life around me.  I am grateful to have healed from Ulcerative Colitis.
