I am grateful for this life. I am grateful for the sun, the sky, for people, for animals, I am grateful for my breath. I am grateful for this energy. I imagine myself feeling healthy, happy and confident. I am awake and aware, and I have clear vision. I am standing atop the mountain and I see now how all the peices fit together of the puzzle, I have a wonderful loving, kind, compassionate, spiritually awake, energetically responsible partner who I trust with my Heart.
