Writing out what we are grateful for each day helps to remind us to be happy for what we have.  Here is what I am happy for today

I am so happy to be breathing this clean refreshing air, to feel my body filled with energy.  I am grateful to feel happy, vibrant, peaceful, and full of light.  I am grateful to be moving in a direction that pleases my heart.  I am graetful to have happiness i my heart, to feel joyful to be alive.  I am grateful to be a holistic counselor, offering holistic counseling to others, helping to guide and support others along their journey of self discovery.  I am grateful to be doing the work, to be investigating what it is to be human, and what it is for me to be happy.  I am grateful to make new decisions, decisions that are more in alignment with the highest expression of myself.  I am grateful to come back to this moment, to release attachment to the past to thoughts that dont serve me, to let go of all the ways of being, thinking, feeling, and percieving life that are not in alignment with my heart and who I know myself to be.  I am grateful for discipline, to focus my attention on what I desire to experience, on the vibrations that uplift me and those around me.  I am grateful to be eating nourishing food, drinking clean water, and to be happy, joyful, and full of inspiration.

I am grateful for the teachings of eckhart tolle, for spirituality and counseling, and for spiritual counseling.  I am grateful for everything that I have learned throughout my life, for living in a state of acceptance and peace, for coming back to my breath, again, and again.  I am grateful to live close to the earth, to go swimming in the ocean and in the rivers of Maui.  I am so blessed to be feeling my body growing healthy and strong everyday.  I am grateful for all of the wonderful beings on the earth who are sharing this divine experience of co-creation.  I am grateful for the wonderful puppies that I care for, and the wonderful people all around me.  I am grateful to be growing more responsible, more mature, and more focused in my attention and how I use my energy.  I am grateful to be living life to my highestpotential, to my highest desires of my Heart.  I am grateful to be able to communicate my thoughts and feelings to those around me for the upliftment of all.  I am grateful for singing, dancing, and for feeling that sense of freedom.  I am grateful to use my body for hiking and exercising, and feeling how good it feels to get moving and really get the blood flowing.  I am grateful for new experiences, for new inspirations, for new opportunities and new energies entering my life everyday.

I am grateful to be alive, to be offering holistic counseling  as a holistic counselor.  I am so grateful to be using my thoughts in a very focused and conscious way, using my time and energy in a fluid and loving manner for my highest health and benefit.  I am grateful to remember that whenever their is any negativity in me arising, to come back to my breath, to come back to the present moment and to be with what is.  Letting go of attachment, the need to control, but just feeeling the perfection of this moment.  I allow myself to live gently, to live simply, and to offer myself to others in the form of service and love.  I am grateful for healing ulcerative colitis, for healing depression naturally, and for healing emotional trauma.  I am so happy to be able to live where I do, to be able to have the kinds of experiences that my ehart desires, and to feel alive and abundant with energy.  Thank you, thank you, thank you!
