Being thankful for what is is the first step towards creating more of what your Heart desires to experience.  By holding the vision or image of the things we love, we can train our mind to focus in a positive and uplifting way.  Here is what I am grateful for today

I am grateful for breathing.  I am grateful for the clean air, for the beautiful mountain behind me, I am grateful for the ocean, the amazingly blue and turquoise ocean that is so regenerating, so life supporting, so fresh and invigorating.  I am grateful for new chapters, for new experiences, for new awarenesses.  I am so happy to be among friends, to live in a peaceful environment where there is a high degree of harmony and peace.  I am grateful to have all of the amenities that allow me to live in a peaceful and happy way.  I am grateful to be alive and well, to be sharing my energy of love and compassion with other people.  I am so grateful to be able to work in a garden a few times a week, to get my hands in the soil, to feel the earth beneath my feet and participate in growing food and healing the land.  I am so grateful to be a holistic counselor, to be able to help other people through holistic counseling.  I am so grateful to be learning mroe and more about how to stay healthy and full of energy.  I am so grateful to have control and focus over my mind in a self loving and self nurturing way.  I am so grateful for eckhart tolle, and for spirituality and counseling.  I am so grateful to be able to help others, to pass on what I have learned through my own journey.  I am so grateful to be learning how to be the artist and creator of my life, living fully engaged, fully alive, asking myself all the time, "How do I want to experience this moment?"  "How do I want to create my life"?

This is such an amazing journey of life, of receiving and giving, of sharing, of unexpected gifts and challenges.  I am so blessed to be here at this time in this place.  I fully take responsibility for my life, for stepping more fully into my gifts and unique expression of myself.  I see myself expanding, growing, and becoming even more solid in my commitment, integrity, love, and compassion.  I allow myself to be myself, to express myself, to be in the present moment without thoughts, without judgments, without hesitation, but to just be, and to be fully engaged in life.  I am so grateful to be able to offer holistic counseling from this higher perspective, to be a holistic counselor, sharing my time and energy withothers who are in need of healing.  I am grateful for spiritual counseling, and for all of the teachers and counselors who have guided and helped me.

I am grateful for healing ulcerative colitis, and now to be able to help others on their journey of healing.  I am happy to have healed depression naturally, to heal anxiety naturally, and to heal emotional trauma throughout my life.  Im so grateful to now have the tools to allow myself to let emotional energy flow through me, no longer attaching myself to the story of the emotions, but rather to just let it be.  I am so grateful to be alive and fully present in this life.  I am so grateful to be here, now.

I am happy to remember about surrendered doing, allowing what is to be, not trying to change anything from a place of resistance, but rather from the joy of creation.  I am happy to remember to come back to my breath, to be in stillness, to be meditative and peaceful.  I am glad to remember that peace can only be found in this moment.
