focusing on what we are grateful for takes practice and commitment to focus on positivity and love.  here is what I am grateful for today.

I am grateful for this beautiful music that I am listening to.  I am grateful for smiling, I love to smile.  It makes me even happier when I smile, and so why not smile alot!  Oh, I'm smiling right now, what fun!  I am grateful for peace Pilgrim, she always brings tears to my eyes whenever I watch the documentary on her.  I am grateful to remember to relax and return to my breath and to peace within whenever I feel any resistance or negativity.  I am grateful to feel the stillness within, to feel happiness, love, peace, and gratitude.  I am grateful to be alive, to be having this experience here and now.  I am grateful for my body, for feeling it becoming stronger, healthier, and more vital.  I am grateful to be using my mind to create beautiful works of art, to be painting beautiful images, beautiful colors and shapes.  I am so grateful to see magic and beauty everywhere.  I am grateful to help others heal depression naturally, to heal anxiety naturally.  I am grateful to be a holistic counselor, and to offer support to others as they go through their process of healing.

I am grateful for new experiences, for new opportunities, for fun new friends, for playing and laughing.  I am grateful to make sounds with people, to dance with people, and to really let go.  Focusing my attention on the new energies in my life right now, focusing on the feeling of freedom, playfullness, vitality, inspiration, magic, and beauty.  I am grateful for new adventures, for creating new experiences for myself.  I am grateful to be a holistic therapist, offering spiritual counseling to folks who are looking to create more beauty in their lives.  I am grateful to be sharing my energy of love and kindness with others.  I am grateful to be a witness to the wonderful journey of so many amazing and beautiful people.  I am so happy to be living here on Maui, on the side of this strong and powerful mountain.  I am so grateful to be living with Steve and Eva, and feel love and gratitude for their spirits.  I am grateful for two amazing puppies that I live with and take care of.  I am so happy t spend time with them, to play with them, and to love them.

I am grateful for sharing love with my partner, for reflecting back our state of mastery, our state of unconditional love, for our state of peace and love from within.  I am grateful for her graceful, beautiful, and loving energy.  I am grateful for how easefull and peacefull we are together.  I feel our connection and appreciate our time together.  I am grateful for the vision that we are creating, of creating a family, of allowing for deeper states of love, for deeper states of peace, for magic and fun, for living in abundance together, feeling our spirits growing and evolving, for staying calm and focused in the face of challenges, of bringing in more love and light through our children, for feeling the love within our family glowing strong, shinning brightly.

I am grateful for being a holistic counselor, and for being a holistic therapist, and for the teachings of eckhart tolle, who has guided me through so much inner process, to allow me to see the truth of my self, the truth of my nature, the truth of life and what life is.  I am grateful to be offering my energy to others with love, kindness, patience, support, compassion, peace, and reverence.  THank you, thank you, thank you.  I am grateful for spirituality and counseling
