There is a reason why the pop song, "Happiness" resonated with so many people.  Our natural state is happiness, and we naturally gravitate towards this direction when we remember that we always have this option.  It can take practice, however, to remember that we always have a choice about what we focus on in our lives.  here is what I am happy for today

I am grateful for this beautiful day, for the sun shinning, for the clouds the blue sky, for all of the wonders of this planet.  I am grateful to take deep, slow, natural breeaths, to feel the ground beneath my feet and to live in a natural and harmonious way.  I am grateful to be alive, to be in great health, and to be clear about how I want to live my life.  I am grateful to be of service to others through holistic counseling as a holistic counselor.  I am grateful to be helpful, to feel compassion, kindness, and joy in my heart for all of the people in my life, for all of life experiences.  I am grateful to have dreams where I connect with other angels and feel my life energy increasing.  I am grateful to get to work with the dirt, to get to work on the garden down the road and to receive abundance through this work.  I am grateful for all of the beautiful plants growing on this property.  I am grateful for beautiful roses, for beautiful lavendar, for beautiful gardenias, for beautiful plumeria, for all of the berautiful animals and plants that grow on Maui.

I am grateful for friends to play with, for a partner who is sweet and kind.  I am grateful for new adventures and new exciting experiences.  I am grateful to be alive, feeling free and abundant.  I am grateful for taking my health into my own hands and learning to heal myself.  I am grateful for the teachings of Eckhart Tolle, and for spiritual counseling.  I am grateful to be offering my services of counseling and energy healing to others who are seeking to heal themselves through their own process of awakening.  I am grateful to be alive, to be free, to be happy, to get to dance and sing whenever I feel like it.  I am grateful to do work that I love to do, to be working on projects, to be helping others get organized in their life.

I am grateful for healing ulcerative colitis, for healing depression naturally, and for healing emotional trauma.  I am grateful to know how to heal the brain, how to heal the body, and how to heal my emotional body.  I am grateful for spirituality and counseling and how the two go hand in hand, helping others heal, helping others find greater clarity in their lives about how  they choose to live.  I am grateful for running, laughing, skipping, and playing.  I am grateful to have an abundance of energy to share with others.  I am grateful for my two wonderful puppies that I care for, Kayla and Mahina!  I am grateful for the vision of living close to a spring, drinking and bathing in these magical waters, building a house in the woods, a house made from earthen materials.  I see myself preparing the land with my partner, compiling the materials, and begin building with excitement, hope, abundance, creativity, and joy!  I see us living a sweet and graceful life, with all of the resoures that we need to be of service to others, to share with others, to offer our healing and loving energy to others.  I am grateful to allow my heart to have this vision, and to see that I am going towards it every day.

I am grateful to be a holistic counselor, offering holistic counseling and spiritual counseling to others who need support through their process of awakening.  I am grateful to see myself sitting by a light filled pool of water with a waterfall nearby, chanting and filling with light, my whole body activated and harmonized.  I see myself breathing deeply the energy from the air, filling my body with light and love.  I see myself thriving and joyfully celebrating life here.  I see myself creating magic in the forest with lights, with play, with art, with dance.  I see a magical portal opening up to allow more creativity and a greater vision of reality to emerge.  I see the most beautiful scene of a high mountain top and I am standing on the top, looking out over the valley.  I have my arms up and open to the sky, feeling the air, feeling alive and radiant.  I can see all of the world around me, and I know that all is provided for and that all is well and good in the world.  I am focused, energized, and alive!  Thank you, thank you, thank you
