Happiness is not something that happens to us, but something that we choose, moment by moment.  It is not something that we need to create, but rather surrender into.  Happiness and peace are our natural state, and when we let go of thoughts, feelings, and actions that interrupt the natural happiness, it comes to us in a graceful easy way.  It take practice, however, to allow the happiness to come.  Writing out what we are grateful for is a great way to naturally focus on things that bring us happiness and peace.

Today I am grateful to be alive, to be free, healthy, and full of life.  I am grateful for this moment, for this breath, for this flow of energy in and out of my lungs.  I am grateful to relax my body, to let the moment flow through me like a gentle river.  I am grateful to be fully present in my body, to feel alert, to feel present, to feel peaceful.  I am happy that I have a strong able body that is capable of dancing, playing, running, jumping, and swimming.  I am grateful for dancing, moving my body with the music, feeling free and happy.  I am grateful to know how energy flows, and to remember to focus on what I am grateful for in each moment.  I remember that gratitude is the way of the heart, and is the way of love.  Gratitude melts all resistance and allows me to be my natural self.  I am grateful to be a holistic counselor, and offer holistic counseling to those who are seeking help and guidance and support through their process.

I am grateful to be of service to others, to allow my light to shine out into this world with confidence, peace, and courage.  I am grateful to allow the love to flow into every moment, feeling deep acceptance for what is, and for the way of the world as it is now.  I am grateful to see the bigger picture, that we are all beings of light, moving through our lessons of life, feeling suffering, joy, happiness, pain, grief, excitement, sorrow, and more joy.  I am grateful for the teachings of Eckhart Tolle, and for his spiritual counseling.  He offers wisdom rightnow that is much needed.  I am grateful to remember the principles of non-attachment, non-resistance, and non-judgment.

I am grateful for spirituality and counseling, to know that what I put out is what comes back to me and that I choose love in each moment.  I am grateful to be alive, to be here now in this moment, and to feel the love within my heart flowing into each breath.  I bring my attention to my chest, feeling the love in my heart, feeling the love in my life, allowing more love to flow into all that I do.  I am grateful for all of the wonderful folks who their wisdom, love, and life energy to contribute to the awakening process.  We are all awaking from the dream, creating heaven on earth, living in peace, joy, and love.

I am grateful to be in a state of acceptance, love, and gratitude.  I am grateful for healing ulcerative colitis, for healing depression naturally, for healing emotional trauma.  I am grateful to see myself being very abundant, feeling this natural abundance of life here and now.  I am grateful to feel this natural abundance in the form of good health, peaceful mind, peaceful emotions, peaceful body.  I am grateful to feel excitement and joy at creating enw works of art, at creating a house of cob, of creating a family with love.  I see myself in a deeply connected partnership full of trust, love, and peace.  I see us grounded into the earth, feeling our discipline and focus, feeling a deep love for one another.  I see us reflecting our light back to one another, playing, being silly and having fun.  I see us outdoors strengthening our bodies, breathing the fresh air, making nourishing food, and living in harmony with nature.  I see myself offering holistic counseling online as a holistic counselor, feeling so happy to be helping people.

I am so grateful to be alive and to feel the love within my heart, as I breath fresh air and hear the birds chirping.  I allow more of my life energy to flow into every cell of my body.  Thank you, thank you, thank you!
