Writing out what we are grateful for is a wonderful way to increase your awareness of positivity in your life on a daily basis. 

Today I am grateful to be alive, to be here now, to be breathing, and to be having this experience.  I am grateful for puppies, who have so much energy, and are always so happy to see me whenever I come visit them.  I am grateful to be giving my energy from a place of sharing, of love, kindness, and peace.  I am grateful to be feeling the sensations in my body, to be taking deep breaths.  I am grateful to be happy and joyful, for singing and imagining wonderful visions of light and joy.  I am grateful to be walking this earth at this wonderous time, with so may other angels who are waking up to their true nature every day.  I am grateful to be offering holistic counseling for others who are waking up to their true nature.  i am grateful to be in service, to be offering energy in the ost positive way.  I am grateful for being a holistic counselor, developing more tools and greater clarity for how to live my life in harmony and balance.  I am grateful for the teachings of eckhart tolle, and for everything that he has shared about his journey.  I am grateful for dancing, for moving my body, for feeling excitement about life.

I am grateful for the vision in my heart of making beautiful works of art to inspire and share with others.  I am grateful to see myself living a very happy and full life, putting my energy out into the world in many ways, always feeling joy, excitement, peace, and surrender.  I am grateful to be gaining greater self mastery, cultivating greater awareness over how I focus my attention.  I am grateful to be letting go of thoughts, coming back to the present moment, and feeling the bliss of being.  I am grateful for uncovering greater truth about who I am and what life is.  I am grateful for this amazing journey of self discovery, of self expansion, of self growth.  I am grateful for healing ulcerative colitis, for being in the position to help others heal  ulcerative colitis.  I am grateful to be looking at life in a new way everyday, seeing things from a new perspective, a more expansive perspective, a more open and free way of looking at life.  I am grateful to be healthy in my body, to feel myself becoming more grounded and stronger everyday.  I am grateful to be in my aloneness and feel so connected, to be with people and feel so connected.  I am grateful for holistic therapy, and to be a holistic therapist.  I am grateful for delicious and nutritious food, and to feed my body the kinds of foods that best nourish this body.

I am grateful to have healed depression naturally, and to be able to help guide others along the road of healing depression naturally within them.  I am grateful for spirituality and counseling, and for being able to offer spiritual counseling to others.  I am grateful for beautiful pictures, for beautiful paintings that inspire my heart and make me feel so happy.  I am so glad to be alive, to be here, and to be having so much fun on this earth.  I see myself creating a family with another conscious creator, a partner whom is grounded, who is kind, playful, awake, and fully alive.  I see myself connecting with this angel in an effortless way, in a graceful way, where our hearts met on a plane of love.  I see us coming together to celebrate life together, to enjoy in the beauty of life together.  I am grateful for visioning and meditation.  Thank you, thank you, thank you
