Writing out what we are thankful for and grateful for increases our focus on our Heart's desires.  Here is what I am grateful for today.

I am grateful for this breath, for this body, and for this life.  I am grateful to be alive, and to be breathing the fresh air.  I am grateful to have found the things that bring em joy.  I am happy to be healing and cleansing my body at deeper levels every day.  I am grateful for thevitality, energy, and health of this body.  I am grateful for understanding how the body works, how the mind and emotions work, and how to stay in alignment throughout my day.  I am grateful to be peaceful, to be loving, and to be compassionate and kind.  I am grateful for all of the lessons that I have learned over my life, and how to stay in a state of grace, peace, and love.  I am grateful to be a holistic counselor, to offer holistic counseling to others who need guidance and support through their process of awakening and healing.

I am grateful for the ocean, for the river water, and for all of the healing energy coming up from the earth.  I am grateful to be here in this house, to be here on this land, and to be maintaining my health and happiness.  I am grateful to see the world as all an expression of the one source, to feel the divinity in myself and all of life around me.  I am grateful to be breathing this loving life energy, to be sharing this energy with those around me, and to be giving thanks everyday.

I am grateful for the teachings of Eckhart Tolle, and for all of the spiritual teachings, for the spiritual growth, and for healing depression naturally, healing anxiety naturally, and for the lessons that I have learned through being in a state of imbalance.  I am grateful to feel my connection to the source of life, to feel my heart, to feel love flowing through me.  I am grateful to continue on my path, for breath awareness, for the puppies, for the life growing and flowing on this island.  I am so grateful for spirituality and counseling, to understand how everything fits together.  I am happy to know about the river water, to know that it nourishes my soul and being, that I am one with the earth and river.  I am grateful to be here now in this moment.  I am grateful to feel connection, to feel grace, to feel divinity flowing through.  I am grateful to rest, relax, and to work hard.  I am so grateful to be a holistic counselor, offering holistic counseling to others who may need guidance and support on their journey.

I am grateful for letting go nd trusting what is, for this amazing journey into the unknown, for this amazing time and experience into the unknown, and to be a light unto others and this world.  I am grateful to be free inwardly, and free outwardly.  I am grateful for spiritual counseling and the guidance of eckhart tolle.  I am grateful for healing emotional trauma within myself and for helping others heal as well.
