Writing out a daily list of what you are grateful for is a wonderful way to increase the appreciation and positive energy in your life.  Here is what I am grateful for today

I am grateful for taking deep full breaths, I am grateful for the sunshine, for feeling healing energy in my body.  I am grateful for relaxation, for being in peace, for feeling calm and centered.  I am grateful to be alive, here and now.  I am grateful to be on this journey of healing and wholeness.  I am grateful to live a simple life that is harmonious and peaceful.  I am grateful to be letting go of judgments everyday, to be letting go of resistance everyday, and to continue bringing my attention back to my breath.  I am grateful to be able to help others heal and deepen self awareness.  I am grateful to be a holistic counselor, and a holistic therapist.

I am grateful for beautiful trees and flowers, for beautiful colors of the rainbow, reds, oranges, yellows, blues, turquoise, pink, green, purple.  I am grateful for painting and getting to use all of these beautiful colors of the rainbow in a dance of harmony and expression.  I am grateful for dancing, and for getting to be so happy on the dance floor.  I am grateful to be able to express my happiness into the world, to laugh, dance, sing, and be joyful.  I am grateful to feel all of life around me, and to continually be letting go of selfish desires.  I am grateful to be tuning in more fully everyday to the flow of relaxation, of love, joy, peace, and harmony within and around me.  I am grateful for spirituality and counseling and for the teachings of eckhart tolle.  I am grateful to have healed from ulcerative colitis, and to be on my journey of greater healing and health.

I am grateful for all of the wonderful people in my life, for all of the beautiful souls whom I love and feel a connection with.  I send my love and gratitude to each soul who has been a aprt of my journey, and to each soul whom has yet to be part of my journey.  I feel blessed and abundat in this moment.  I am grateful for deep breathing, for knowing that the energy of the Universe is in the air, and in the breath, and can be accessed with every breath.  I am grateful for natural healing and self healing.  I am grateful for holistic healing.  I am grateful to be on this path of greater self knowledge, remembering that everything i put out, comes back to me.  Making the decision to put out love and positivity, to focus on the beautiful expressions of God in every moment.

I am grateful for phone counseling and online counseling, as these allow me to help more people heal and develop greater self knowledge.  I am grateful for letting go and trusting, for swimming with the dolphins and for jumping off rocks into the water.  I am grateful for new friends, for old friends, and for new adventures, new magic, and new love!
