Writing out daily grattitudes is a great way to focus on what you love, and to increase your awareness of positive and beautiful things in your life....

I am grateful for deep breathing, I am grateful to be alive and to be involved in this world.  I am grateful for the ocean, for the palm trees, for the mountains, beautiful clouds, and all of the gorgeoius colors of the earth.  I am grateful for beautiful sunsents, with oranges and pinks, with blues and greys, purples and blue.  I am grateful for relaxing my body and taking deep breaths.  I am grateful for my connection to the sun, the moon, and the earth.  I am grateful to be living in peace and acceptance, to be feeling happy, and to be living my life to the fullest of my heart's desire.  I am grateful to be a holistic counselor, to offer holistic counseling services to tohers.  I am grateful to feel my connection to a higher source, and to be learning how to live in harmony with this higher intelligence.  I am grateful to help other people heal naturally, to learn meditation, and to understand the connection through counseling and spirituality.

I am grateful to laugh and dance, to sing and celebrate life.  I am grateful to know and feel what I do.  I am grateful to be alive and taking deep full breaths.  I am grateful for the balance between the mind and the heart, between thinking and feeling.  I am grateful to be able to express myself through my words through my voice, and to be full of energy and vitality.  I am grateful to be here in this moment, to be here on this island and to offer holistic therapy to those who need it.  I am grateful for the teachings of Eckhart tolle.  I am grateful for eckhart tolle and spiritual counseling.  I am grateful for nourishing food, to believe and know that the food I am eating is supporting my highgest expression of love.  I am grateful to be alive and breathing.

I am grateful for all of the beautiful people who are on this earth right now.  i am grateful for all of the life experiences that we are sharing, for all of the beautiful and wonderous experiences to be had in this playground of human experience.  I am grateful to flow, to dance, to love, to sing, to  laugh, to be alive and present.  I am grateful for small puppies, small kittens, and for playing and laughing.  Thank you, thank you, thank you!  I am grateful to know natural treatments for depression and natural treatments for anxiety.
