By focusing on the things we are thankful for, we allow more awareness and energy to go into these positive aspects of life. Making a daily list of what you are grateful for is a great way to increase the positivity in your life
I am thankful for the earth, and all the beautiful trees and plants, for the wonderful magical animals, for the deers, and for the squirrels, for the kittens, dogs, and happy people. I am grateful for deep breathing, for each breath as it flows in and out of my lungs. I am grateful for beautiful mountain tops, for wilderness, and hiking trails, for misty mountain tops, clear lakes for swimming, for running, sleeping and being in nature. I am grateful for holistic counseling, to be a holistic therapist and to be able to help others along their jounrey of healing. I am grateful for natural building, for strawbale houses, and earthbag houses, for community involvment, for learning new tasks, and for teaching others new tasks.
